## Approval and exact source boundary

The frozen Astra Batch04 bundle SHA-256 is `bd219cc78d9f71c984ed4c49a1744a8c55d25d0213c5a934ecf4e85227b7c886`. All181 original evidence files remain unchanged. Each old canonical source matched the frozen baseline before adoption.

Changelog and Migration guide are byte-exact accepted files. Runbook changes exactly one occurrence of “Only once the check below has been clean for five minutes.” to the explicitly authorized “Only once the verification check has been clean for five minutes.” Every other byte, CSS, title, tag, ID and code descendant is unchanged. No title normalization was needed. No additional role/tabindex, compatibility directive or suppression was introduced. All262 original text nodes,147 numeric occurrences,49 keyed groups and11 pre blocks pass the explicit allowlisted comparison. Command/output descendant bytes and link relationships are preserved; there is no SVG/meter in this batch. The complete verification section remains between native steps1–4 and the ordered list starting at5. The five-minute condition is unchanged. ## Catalog framing and visual review

Descriptions accurately name the new release ledger, conversion workbench and operator’s bench. The unchanged repository thumbnail generator produces1000×625 PNGs. Changelog/Migration use1280px capture width. Runbook uses1920px to retain the entire precondition rail, Stop warning and opening procedure/command-output. **Its explicit trade-off is smaller text and wider gutters at actual gallery-card size.** The1280 trial cut off the Stop warning and fourth precondition; no global capture change or other PNG churn remains.

Allthree actual cards were inspected at desktop1440 and phone390. Six category crops and full catalog images cover all19 HTML options plus Markdown; this is an interim variety review, not a claim that the four still-old editorial templates have shipped. Project Plan A, the other first five and all twelve previously shipped sources/PNGs remain intact. ## Fresh QA and provenance

- Final `pnpm check`: **0 errors,40 warnings**; `pnpm build` passed.
- Full unit suite: **1132 passed,12 skipped**. Full e2e: **268 passed,12 skipped**. Four added unit tests;21 new browser executions in the existing seven viewport projects.
- Unit red controls reject the old directional sentence and a wrong ordered-list start. Exact pre-descendant digests protect inert command/output content.
- Fresh local frames: **12 main** at1440/768/390/320 and **29 actual/prior boundary captures**, plus19 HTML +1 Markdown smoke,3 no-JS and6 growth checks; **0 failures**. [Integrated validation](integrated-validation.json).
- **18 fresh actual app-sandbox checks** cover each template at four app widths with JavaScript and phone390/320 without JavaScript. Native named-region accessibility trees, locally referenced labels, disclosures via Enter, native lists, IDs, minimum prose16px/1.5 and code14px, no overflow and real iframe footer reachability pass. Scoped e2e also exercises native Tab/focus-visible and ArrowRight on synthetic long code, without executing sample code. [Actual sandbox evidence](technical-semantics.json).
- Disposable real authenticated V1 router test context: **20 GET content/metadata contracts**,19 HTML/1 Markdown, all exact. No production fixture or financial mutation. [API checks](api-verification.json).
- Final committed-source bindings show **eight Changelog/Migration decoded-pixel pairs exact** against accepted author captures; PNG encoding bytes differ. **Four Runbook pairs differ only inside the authorized sentence rectangle**, with all other pixels and dimensions exact. - Original author contrast/font-fallback/27 thin-title-growth fixture results are **inherited and labelled**, not relabelled fresh. Current main/boundary/no-JS/growth/sandbox checks are fresh and separately recorded.
- **Chromium only**: no Safari/Firefox or physical-device/screen-reader navigation certification. No document-height cap is applied.

## Warnings and failures before/after

Baseline37 warnings become40, not37 unchanged plus an unexplained3. **Thirty warnings outside Runbook are exactly unchanged**. Seven old Runbook warnings are replaced by seven new descending-specificity warnings plus three important-style warnings in accepted Runbook CSS. These targeted base/tablet/mobile note-margin overrides preserve approved caution spacing, including the inline Verify note. CSS is neither rewritten nor suppressed merely to quiet lint. The first scoped unit no-role regex matched inert sample text; it was bounded to opening tags. Initial seven Migration browser failures came from an overly exact accessible-name matcher omitting retained CSS-generated minus/plus/step signs; the corrected assertion requires complete referenced label text in order without removing generated names. Private browser tooling also needed a lazy-iframe wait and filesystem screenshot path. These were test/tool corrections, not product edits. Final unit/e2e/check/build and final-head CI all pass.

An initial overly broad local viewport edit touched later Project Plan metadata. Full-diff review caught it before commit; manifest was restored from base and exact three-entry edits reapplied. Plan source, PNG and1440 viewport remain exact base. The final thumbnail run changes only the intended three PNGs. No production was affected. ## Live preservation and scope

PR42 already deployed the exact approved tree to clean production commit `5cea7e092e96cf6f1d4bcf9180330c29733f5792`; its backup/data/health/neighbor verification is documented in the [completed rollout](../integrated-batch02/final/rollout/index.html). That rollout milestone was separately reported. **12/19 redesigns are live; PR43’s three are local/CI only.** Fresh read-only HTTP prefix/PNG checks confirm all twelve previously shipped templates unchanged;34 non-batch canonical files and181 frozen source/evidence files remain exact. No production deployment, database write, user artifact change, account/entitlement/billing change, schema/runtime/sandbox/dependency/global configuration change, launch/keys/Stripe/tax/4700/neighbor change occurs in PR43. Existing production runtime checkout is the prior guarded PR42 observation, not relabelled as a fresh deployment. No private runtime, credentials, logs, backup path or customer data is published.

## Next action

Parent: review PR43’s exact integrated output, especially the disclosed Runbook thumbnail trade-off; authorize merge/deployment only for this exact head if accepted. Executor will not merge without that internal review. Batch01’s four accepted editorial templates remain frozen and queued last, with its real local artifact-viewer13.7kpx growth requirement retained. Full section completion still requires all19 live and final gallery verification.
