Daily and Interview are exact accepted Astra originals. Case adds one first-line `noRedundantRoles` directive; Launch adds ONE element-local `useSemanticElements` directive immediately before the named CODE region. Every other byte, including CSS/title/body/tags/roles/IDs/scopes/code/SVG/meters/text, is unchanged. No additional lint waiver or global configuration change. Case retains33 explicit table-family roles, four native column headers, five full data-meter rows and the four-column footer. Launch retains native keyboard scrolling. The [MDN display warning](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/Reference/Properties/display#tables) motivates retaining table semantics across display changes; measured Chromium identity is not Safari/Firefox certification. Eight fresh, no-interception final-source app-sandbox PNG/ARIA/native-relationship checks equal the approved candidate evidence. [Final sandbox proof](final-sandbox.json).

Original content accounting is307 text nodes /303 retained after four already-approved decorative quotation-mark removals in Interview, plus170 numeric occurrences. All substantive wording and keyed story/quote/ledger/feature records, commands, SVG, meters and links are preserved. No new content exception; Case's existing baseline-period wording is not “corrected” by inventing facts. ## The applied viewer, not a browser-substituted candidate

Parent explicitly approved exactly `src/ui/client/viewer.js` SHA `43142918625f52d55ac08c0659dcc3eb05e286cf4637199636ac33e391bc1cd4`:12000→32768 plus its explanatory comment retiring obsolete ~3000px design-budget advice. Matched sender, message type, finite/positive checks, rounding,48px floor and nested-scroll fallback are byte-unchanged. No reporter/CSP/origin/sandbox/dependency/external-asset change. 32768 is a bounded operating choice with headroom above14745, not a universal document maximum, future-proof promise or browser resource-safety proof. The old test's permissive40000 bound is not its justification. Templates are not shortened or hidden to satisfy it.

Fresh **actual locally published artifacts** run through the real two-origin viewer/frame/reporter/opaque sandbox, using the served repository asset verified byte-exact. No runtime interception or production customer fixture.

All12 stories stay open, six archive records remain native, the footer is reachable and outer height stabilizes at each state. The two pre-fix regression tests fail at13757/12316 versus the12000 ceiling; they pass on the applied file. [Applied viewer proof](applied-viewer-proof.json).

Eighteen focused controls retain the original nine, add wrong message type, ordinary80→160→24px resizing/floor48, exact32768 and32769 boundaries,1e9 clamping, and **actually published65536px content** with usable nested keyboard scrolling and a focused, visible footer. Launch's long command is also keyboard-accessible in the actual viewer at390/320. The separate intentionally bounded Daily catalog detail passes open/close/scroll/footer checks at1440/390/320; it is not confused with the auto-height artifact viewer. ## Tests, thumbnail/gallery review, and honest provenance

- Final check/build pass; **1134 unit +296 e2e tests pass**,12 existing skips each.28 new browser executions across the existing seven viewport projects; no new test framework. Three new/changed unit assertions fail before and15 scoped assertions pass after. Case's removed-scope control makes the relationship checker fail, then recover after restoration.
- Lint **34errors →0**, with41warnings:40 unchanged +one Case mobile grid-priority warning. Accepted CSS is retained rather than rewritten or silenced. [Complete inventory](lint-results.json), [test results](test-results.json).
- Eight final app-sandbox pairs and the applied-asset checks are fresh. The earlier16main/48boundary,4no-JS/8growth and16decoded-pixel pairs are explicitly reused through the exact comment-only transform, not relabelled fresh. - Canonical generator rerun after comments: allfour PNG bytes equal the reviewed correct thumbnails. Viewports Daily1600, Interview1440, Case1280, Launch1440; no other PNG churn. Fresh actual gallery cards1440/390 are likewise byte-identical to the earlier reviewed cards. Newspaper, serif quotes, evidence ledger and dark/light poster remain distinct in the full19HTML+Markdown gallery. - Fresh authenticated disposable V1 router:20 exact source/metadata contracts. Fresh read-only public checks preserve all15 already-live source prefixes and PNGs. ### Failures and limitations

Two early full browser attempts each had two failures in the **new test's rapid End/Home/Tab reversal**. Waiting only for Home, then waiting for both directions, was still not robust in repeat runs. The final required fallback test uses a freshly published tall document and settled **End→Tab** navigation, retaining the same cap/focus/visible-footer assertions.14/14 repeated guard runs and the final296-test suite pass. No product runtime change or reduced fallback assertion was used. Rapid reverse Home/End navigation is not certified. A private prefix checker initially mixed a Unicode character index with a byte-buffer offset; consistent UTF8/string hashing corrected the checker, not the served content. Earlier thumbnail invocation/report-page corrections remain disclosed in the original handoff. Chromium/Linux only; no physical-device, Safari/Firefox or screen-reader-navigation certification.

## Review action

Review this exact15-file PR, including the separately approved bounded runtime exception. **Do not merge/deploy until parent integrated review.** No production artifact/account/financial/launch/key/Nginx/4700/neighbor change occurred. Private databases, fixture routing/auth, raw logs and backup paths are excluded. After the later rollout, final all19live verification is still required; this PR alone is not full-section completion.
